Certsrv no webserver template
It occurs whether the web enrollment pages are on the same server or on a different member server. The CA Web enrollment pages perform a case-sensitive string comparison of two values. One value is the sServerConfig value in the Certdat. If the two strings do not match, including the case match, the enrollment fails.

Running the certreq command from exchange server for the exchange certificate request returns "Certificate not issued Incomplete ". However running the command on the CA for the webserver IIS certiface request the command ran successfully, and I was able to finally apply the certificate for the server.
It's still a mystery why request failed through mmc and through the certificate request web page, I'm curious what is the reason for that. I was able to successfully generate the certificates. See update in question — Mister Add a comment. Active Oldest Votes. It looks like that your templates are ok and OIDs are ok as well. Open CA record, navigate to certificateTemplates attribute: record a list of certificate templates you see them just write somewhere.
My tips for anyone working through the No Templates You must use IE because Microsoft in their wisdom created the page with active scripting. You will know it doesn't work with another browser because you will see Loading Before you try all the crazy suggestions on the internet or open a call with Microsoft, make your troubleshooting easier.
Create a new template from the Web Server template. Set the CA Compatibility level to R2. Publish the new template.
